We are very happy to see how you transform your bedroom into a true sleeping paradise with new bedding from Beddinghouse! We think it's so great that we want to share it with others too. If you post a photo with the hashtag #mybeddinghousestory in the image description, we would like to receive your permission to publish your content. With this permission you declare the following:

• You are the sole owner or authorized user of the content you posted using #mybeddinghousestory or by tagging us with @beddinghouse_official;
• You grant us, Beddinghouse BV, a non-exclusive commercial right to use and reproduce the Content through our Services or the Services of third parties for commercial purposes, without any restrictions or limitations;
• You waive any claims to royalties in connection with your Content or works based thereon.

Beddinghouse will credit you and, where possible, link to your content or account, but is not obligated to do so, nor is it a requirement to use your content.

If you would rather not, we understand. You don't need to do anything and we won't use your work. If your photo has been used, please email stories@beddinghouse.com and we will remove your photo as soon as possible.

Competitions via social media with third parties

We regularly organize competitions with influencers or media companies. The winner is determined by these partners. The selection is strictly random and no separate correspondence is conducted about it. The winner will be notified personally. The winner's personal data will only be used to send the items won. We keep this information until the promotion has ended and for three months thereafter. Personal data will only be processed in accordance with the GDPR.

Competitions from Beddinghouse

• If you cheat or attempt to cheat in any other way.
• If you do not comply with the terms and conditions.
• If your behavior gives cause for it.

The prizes are not exchangeable or transferable. No further correspondence will be entered into regarding the result. Beddinghouse is not liable for loss, damage or theft of the prize.
